7:00 - 9:00 a.m.	Review of projects by Safety and Display Committee (All projects must have a signed Safety and Display Approval Form)
7:00 - 8:00 a.m.	Continental breakfast for judges	Alumni Coliseum
8:00 - 9:00 a.m.	Orientation for judges	Alumni Coliseum
9:00 - 10:00 a.m.	Judges review projects without students present	Alumni Coliseum
10:00 - 12:00 p.m.	Project judging (Students must remain with projects)	Alumni Coliseum
12:00 - 1:00 p.m.	Lunch for students (Lunch delivered to project site)
12:00 - 1:30 p.m.	Project judging for Best of Fair (Students must remain with their projects)
2:00 - 4:00 p.m.	Fair open to the public (Projects must remain up - security provided)
4:00 - 6:00 p.m.	Awards Ceremony	Brock Auditorium In Coates Building
